I find it easier to work alone in many situations, as i have total control and direction of the project. However, in other situations, group efforts may be far more productive, as many parts can be assigned to different people, so as to help you complete the task.
I used to feel that it was easier to work alone but now that I understand how to help lead a group it is a lot easier. It is more productive to work as a group because more that one persons ideas can really be good for a group. It's not always just what the leader has in their minds but what the people around them have in their ideas and feelings. I really learned a lot about this when we were working on the straw buildings!
Many situations require a group which must have free communication between members or it will not work effectively. Although, working alone sometimes is necessary and can be easier because you do not need to depend on anyone else.
I find that it is easier to work by myself because i don't have to worry about other people not doing there fair share of a project or a report.I do better by myself because i can work at my own pace instead of having to wait on other people to get thie part of it done. *Makayla*

I find it easier and more productive to work in a group because you have the help of other people and you can practice your leadership skills. You can get things don faster and you can learn to accept other people's ideas and work together to solve a problem. It is also a lot more fun too.
I'm very independent so working on something alone is sometimes better for me,but i'm learning that it can be more productive to work as a team on something. Depending on the situation you are in big groups sometimes get out of hand,and groups need a good strong leader to guide them,without this groups dont run smoothly causing chaos. Which is another reason it's sometimes easier to work alone. It's usually more productive to work in a group because you are accomplishing more in less time but on the other hand working alone you can achieve the same taking more time and dedication on your behalf. For instance, when I am working on a school project, I like to work on my own because I can work faster and use my own ideas, but in activities like the ones we did today in leadership day two I would much rather work in a group because it helps to have someone else that you can share your ideas with.
