I have been accepting more leadership opportunities because I am more confident in my abilities to lead a group affectively. I also have used the fundamentals of being a good leader in the situations that I was faced with.

I have always been a person who wants to step up and take charge but now I have more confidence doing so. I now feel that I'm prepared and better able to lead people through not only group projects but difficult times, too! So the leadership 2006 first class really helped give me incentive to want to step up and take charge.

After Leadership 2006, I learned a lot more about communicating my ideas to others. It really helped me to share more of my opinions and become more of a leader in my life. I am more confident in myself and my impact upon others.

I have been pushing myself to accept and use more of the leadership skills that I have learned about. I try to feel more confident about how I am acting as a leader.

I have tried when in a group to take charge of it to maximize everyone in the group's potential for what ever task it is we have to accomplish. This has helped me to see that each and every person has specific skills that they can contribute.

My role has changed a lot. I have became more open to dissucions. I have also stated my opinions, and my ideas more. This program is wonderful and has helped me to be a better leader. I am a lot more confident now, and not afraid to step up.

My role as a leader has been more hands on since the last time we met. Before i was mostly just a leader within my friends and family now i extend my leadership ability into my school and sport activities as well.I have always been a very confident person but now, more than ever i am confident helping people and taking on the leadership role. This program helped me discover that within myself.

My role as a leader has changed since I have been here last in many ways. I now have a much deeper understanding of what being a leader really means. I now know how to aply my new leadership knowledge to my everyday problems with other people and problems with myself. Leadership has a much stronger meaning to me now.

After this program I think that I spoke up more than i use to. I also think that i accept others ideas more and actually listen to them.
